My ongoing passion for technology has solid roots in my thirst for life-long learning. I am genuinely interested in understanding as much as I can about technology, resources, collaboration, and anything else that I may come across in a given day. I enjoy solving problems, and while my persistence could be classified stubbornness, I generally find a way to get the information needed to get down to the bottom of most solvable issues. I believe I was born a teacher. I feel great satisfaction when I can teach others and share in their successes as they acquire new skills and knowledge. I actively seek to learn more about the world of educational technology, and as I learn more about the tools and ideas I get excited about sharing my knowledge with others. I want to inspire others to yearn to be life-long learners, as this is what our world needs. I want to share tools with folks that are open to new ideas, and I want to present them in a fashion that encourages them to implement them with their students. I want all students to be provided with ways to create and collaborate with their peers and for those creations to be shared responsibly.
I want many things. I want education to continue to change for the better, for teachers to reach their students in meaningful, engaging ways, and I want to be a catalyst for life-long learning.
